Parquetry Flooring

When it comes to parquetry flooring the different designs and styles are only limited by your imagination. You can choose from the traditional styles such as herringbone and square on square or you can go for a completely original custom design that is one of a kind. Your design can be as funky, sentimental or as classic as you like.

One of the biggest secrets in the timber flooring trade is that parquetry flooring looks extremely expensive but it is in fact about the same price as having a normal solid timber floor installed. As a result, it adds a huge amount of added value to your home.

And don’t just stop with timber, you can also accent a parquetry floor with other materials such as ebony, epoxy and marble to make your floor really pop.

  • Non allergenic because timber floors do not harbour dust mites and other allergens.
  • Blackbutt and Spotted Gum have a natural fire resistance. Their fire retarding properties make them suitable for use in many bushfire prone areas under Australian Standard AS3959.
